Our current industrial food production systems are degenerative and wasteful – and in dire need of an overhaul. At current rates of consumption, we need 1.6 planet Earths to meet our lifestyle demands. And that number could reach three planets by 2050.

This problem is compounded by the current 

 of regenerative and sustainable food systems, which prevents both producers and consumers from adopting better practices.
